Is there a group for UofT admits?

TTPB: Same situation. Radio silence from the prof I contacted, and when I wrote to the department all I got is " we can only advise that applicants will be informed of a decision between February and April". The least they can do is send out the rejects, if that is the case.

TTPB: I am in the same situation. Applied to MSc in CS, learned that my application was converted to direct PhD. And I still have not heard back from them.

Is anyone still waiting to hear from UT about their admission decision? It looks like acceptances have gone out and a batch of rejections have gone out. I have spoken with two profs, but it has been radio silence for 2 weeks from them.

Generic rejection email. Did not expect this. From a new generation IIT with strong research experience.

Rejected from the direct-entry PhD program after being informed by the POI that I have a strong profile and being encouraged to apply.

Really wanted to get accepted here and worked hard on my application, but alas.

Rejected from Direct Entry PhD. 4.24/4.30 undergrad GPA. Honours and 2 years of research in different branch of CS. Ruthless cycle.

Rejected from MSc in CS. Received the e-mail a few minutes ago.
