Can people who got offer from Stanford and decided not go to other Unis decline their other offers. We are waiting for an offer :(

Truly crushed. Undergrad/MS at a #1 CS school. 3.8 GPA. I'm a current Stanford affiliate (research staff) and all my letters came from Stanford individuals too. I had a first-authored ICML paper along with 3 other publications. I had two interviews which went super well and received positive signs from the interviewers during the interview too. I really am unsure where I went wrong and just feel at a loss...

Got an email that there was a change in my status. At portal saw rejection. Field: NLP, GPA: 9.29/10.00, No GRE, TOEFL 110, 1 Jounal Publication in middle tier, 3 conf papers in middle tier, 1 CVPR paper under review
