Have any other MFA waitlisters received any info or accepted elsewhere? Not sure when to expect a final decision. The forum seems to be slowing down since we're nearing the end of April.

Accepted off waitlist.

removed myself from the (evidently kinda long?) waitlist. lovely program but just not the year for me

Waitlisted! Please decline if you aren't attending!!

Form rejection

Form rejection (finally). 3a/1w/15r/2p.

Emailed by Elizabeth Poliner re: coming off the waitlist. Declined the acceptance because deferral was not an option. 3a/1w/15r/2p.

Accepted off waitlist, right now no word on funding. Waitlisted by portal at the end of March. 3a/1w/15r/2p

Rejected off of waitlist.

released from the waitlist via a nice email from terri -- pretty crushed, but so excited for everyone that'll be starting in the fall!

Well that took forever.

Accepted off the waitlist and fully gobsmacked.

Thank you! I'll be glad to get closure. Looks like I'll be attending the University of Baltimore :) From one writer to another, best of luck in your MFA program at Maryland! Thrilled for you.

To respond--thank you for the congratulations! And yes, I accepted the offer as soon as it came in! I hope Maryland and any other schools you're waiting on get back to you soon, and I hope you are doing well!

TTPB: Congratulations! It's been an exhausting application season. Do you plan on accepting? So ready to have final answers from everyone.

Made it in off the waitlist! I received an email and a call! Shoot shoot shoot!

Got a short e-mail on 3/19/21. No word about how long the waitlist is nor any sort of timeline though.

Hi other Fiction waitlisters! Heard from Terri. There are only 2 spots left! Good luck everyone.

Automatic e-mail of rejection, no explanation.
