TTPB: I wouldn't read too much into application status changes. I'm an accepted student this cycle, and didn't really log in to check what it may have been after I finished submitting my materials. There's no harm in reaching out to someone in admissions if you want to know more information about the status of your application, as long as you're polite about it (I think). Good luck!

Got a reject today, Randomly checked Quest to find my status as "Deny".Profile : One of India's best college, 9.18 CGPA, 3 months internship experiance in MNCs on IOT and Deep Learning, Good amount of projects and hackathons, Public Speaker.... Had 2 rounds of interviews in Feb, and another one last week. 1 first-author paper, 1 second-author paper. 1 year working experience. Area: PL. Super excited!

1 paper in the conference, 4 years experience in Computer vision and Robotics.

Accepted on March 8 via email. No word on funding, so unless they tell me something I will probably go with another offer I got which is funded.

Not waitlist. Just wanted to let everyone know that their application instructions say that all the CICS PhD decisions have come out and Masters decisions will be out by March 15.

3 yrs ML work experience

For you guys that received admit or reject, what does it show on the portal for the status? It still shows 'submitted' for me. When it turns into review, does it say 'in review?'

I have acceptance from UofT and UC Davis, but it looks like CU Boulder's Ph.D. funding is really hit by COVID19.

3 pubs, 1 first author. Strong LORs. After what happened this last weekend and CU's response to it I would have rejected anyways.

ASU undergrad w/ 3.71 GPA, several internships including 2 at NASA, one mid author paper, one workshop paper, bigger conference paper and undergrad thesis in progress. Honestly expected to get in but I suppose even CU Boulder is fairly competitive. Still waiting on MIT, CMU.
