Email for TO interview! Seems like there were around 5 other fiction interviewees on Draft. I don't really know what to make of this!!! Is it good news unless we bomb the interview???

A kind note from the Director.

Short and sweet via email. Did mention they had more applicants than in years past, perhaps that is setting the tone for this year's admissions.

so thrilled! first school i've heard back from :) 1a/0r/8p

Email saying I'll be contacted to schedule a TO interview :) Thrilled!!!!!

Checked status on application. Their site is awful so it took me a while to find "decision".

Sent in a writing sample that has received international acclaim and awards, along with three incredibly strong letters of rec that accurately portrayed who I am as a person, writer, and professional. Wasn't the match for them! That just means that's not my path! Was my second to last choice of school. Applied to eight, now waiting for seven more decisions!

Deadline was only a few days ago, so I am very pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround! First decision of the season. 1a/0w/0r/12p

I got passed to round 2, not exactly wait-listed.

provisional admission, awaiting the receipt of B.A. accepted with full tuition remission and a GTA stipend $12000

Excited! #GoBulldogs

Rejected off the waitlist.
