Still have not received decision. Status of application still "In Review". Anyone know about the timeline for grad admissions? They've extended some deadlines for undergrad admissions according to their website, but I was not able to find any info about how covid-19 may be affecting grad admission. When is the deadline to accept grad school offers right now?

TTPB: I wonder if there is a group chat for all the rejected students by each school, because I have so many feelings! My situation is worse than yours. I agree with you that there's no need to waste time on this program (because I was in the same situation for the past 3 months, everyday, and now I felt I was so stupid to waste my time and tears). As far as I know they are not actually working due to covid-19, so I never expect them to reply emails or anything. What I can say is that DON'T EXPECT MUCH ABOUT A PUBLIC SCHOOL, especially at this time when this damn admission thing can be a total mess. Congratulations on your better offer!

Thesis-based program. Fine. I have been waited for four months to see this refusal letter. I don't know why my decision come so late since they sent all the admission in February. I sent them several messages on uApply asking for the decision recently, and they may be angry at it thus gave me an impressive rejection soon. I think I should't have wasted time on this program. Anyway thanks for their time and considerations, and I will go to a better program in a much better university.

For people who posted below that they haven't heard from the uni yet. Its true! I am in the same situation. I did send a message in Uapply but I haven't heard a response yet. It has been 2 weeks already. And, someone wrote that before applying they reply on the same day. It just sends a pang to my heart knowing that they could just pocket the application fee. The service is certainly substandard with respect to the application fee they charge. If someone hears back, please let us know!

TTBP: I was rejected right away on February. I guess, my profile was an obvious rejection. As you both haven't heard anything yet, maybe you have a chance! I am from Nutrition Science and had no extensive quantitative training required to succeed in McGill's highly methodological program. But I applied anyway because I could apply to two programs with one application fee.

I applied to the PhD program (not the MSc thesis) and am still waiting to hear back. I figure with everything that is going on and the fact that it looks like there is a waitlist, it might be a while.

Hello, did anyone receive a result from the thesis-based program? I haven't heard anything yet, and my status is still "in review". They said that they are still working on the decisions and I should have an answer by the end of March when I ask them on uApply in March. BUT now it is April!!!! I sent them a message again last week, but there is no response :( I don't know why......

To the posts below: I reached the service point through Uapply and they say me that I'll hear a response within this month, but it took them like a week to respond to me, so I hope I won't be rejected since I already have a professor who wants to assessor me

Finally received a decision. It was completely impossible to get in touch with this department before or after the application deadline. Feel like they just took the application fee and I wish I hadn't wasted the time applying.

To the person who commented yesterday - I did not hear anything either. Mine also says in review. I did reach out through uApply about a week and a half ago, and they have not answered (where when I reached out in October regarding my application they replied the same day). I hope they're just busy, would love to know if anyone was accepted as well.
