Email to check portal.

Got an email to check status. Not surprised. No shrimp for me. ;-)

you know what? crab rave

(3a/3w/10r/2p) They gave me an admission timeline along with the email: -All admission offers will be made by 3/25 -All waitlist offers will be made by 4/1 -If you don't get a message by 4/2, you've been rejected -They won't be able to send out denial notifications until late spring, but you can contact them for your status after 4/16

Area : AI/ML Interviewed on 19th Jan, interviewed again by the same Prof. on 4th March, Prof. asked me to attend UCI Grad Visit Day on 5th March, notified about acceptance on 19th March.

Will reject offer. Good luck to everyone!

I had no interview, just got notified by email.

Contacted UCI, they replied all admits will be out in April first half MS CS, the same reply from UCLA, countdown 15 days!

TTPB: My application is in the "Submitted" state too. Been 4 months now.

Not wait listed. In portal my application status still shows submitted, wondering if it should have been in review. People who are still waiting for a decision, is your application status submitted or under review?

2 years of undergraduate research 1 publication (not first author) 1 Internship Undergrad at UCSC Accepted w a 20k fellowship

I will definitely be accepting this offer!

I was interviewed on March 18th. I got the official letter one week after. Definitely attending!

Same old same old "status has been updated" rejection. I had a decent portfolio in terms of grades, research, honors/recognitions, and extracurriculars. Its hard to say but I think coming from a smaller school without a lot of direct lab access made it hard to make the cut :(

Declined my offer and am hopeful someone will find their home at this school, seems like a great program.

PSA, there are virtual town halls 3/30 and 4/6 for incoming students ("Why choose UCI"). Link to register on the UCI grad division twitter.
