E-mail from POI stating that the cog group had met and had recommended me for admission to the graduate school. Official letter to follow in the mail. I'm anxiously awaiting that letter, so that it can be official, rather than "unofficial".

Same incorrect enrollment email, but I would like to clarify that while the subject line was: "Incorrect decision letter" when she said the Psych. dept. would be sending out a correct one, she may have been reffering to a correct enrollment confirmation (not decision letters).

Same as others - received an email congratulating me on my acceptance, asking about enrollment form, then another email saying it was received in error and I would hear the correct decision in a few minutes (over an hour ago).

Was invited to interview in early February, but I had to reschedule because it overlapped with another school's Open House. I was supposed to interview next Friday, but the PI just emailed to cancel because he can only take one student next year (he thought he could take 2) and already has one lined up. If you're hoping for a UNC acceptance, it sounds like spots are more limited than they had expected... good luck!

POI wanted me, admissions committee didn't. Tough crowd. Best of luck to all other applicants.

All interviews were sent out. POI said there's a slight chance for additional visitation.

Oh well.

Tired of waiting. Emailed POI.

One publication, senior thesis. Notified by professor via email.

Got an email to tell me to check the website to view my decision letter. It was a rejection letter.
