NYU Courant

So excited while almost losing all the hopes

I had interviewed with NYU AD on March 26, 2024. I have not heard back from them since. I mailed them a couple of times. They said they had not released a decision yet. I do not know why they have not informed me of anything yet. It is May already.

Off the waitlist (finally haha)

Email inviting me to an admitted students night, then an email to check the portal for an admissions update a few hours later.

MS CE with 7k scholarship/year; No GRE, 1 SDE Internship and 2 Research Internships; 2 International publications and 1 under review

Email to check portal. Most likely declining but not sure yet!

For Courant. Received this update almost exactly 24 hrs post Tandon's rejection.

For Tandon. 2 publications including a first author paper in IROS; 2 internships; strong SOP and LORs. This is more random than the H1B lottery :)

Very funny. At least they remember to send out a decision letter.

Courant, rejected after 2 interviews.

Rejected from doctorate, accepted to masters program for fall admission - given 4 weeks to decide.
