ttpb: are you talking about MEng? or MS?

Those who are not planning to attend please please please reject the offer.

YAAAYYY!!

I can't decide between Cornell Tech and Columbia. Any ideas?

wouldn't have gone to this program anyways, I got into better universities that I'd much rather choose than this fake Ivy (like the poster below put it)

Got rejected from every school that I had applied to this season.

Rejected for MEng. AND I did my undergrad there. Fuck them??

Ignore waitlist, this is just info TTPB: I messaged Cornell CS MEng about admissions status. They said they released some admission offers in an earlier batch. On Mar 31, they said they would release the rest of the admission offers and waitlists in 10-14 days.

emailed admissions to check acceptance. completed video interview using second email, which delayed the decision. good luck!

had the interview today, received the decision in a few hours, with a $10k merit scholarship. all the best to everyone else!

I'm torn between these programs and I have hours left to decide. Background: International student with a bachelor's in CS from a top 10 CS school. Currently, I'm working as a software engineer outside the US. I'm planning to stay in the US and continue working as a software engineer post-graduation. I think most of my coursework will be on systems and machine learning. Any help would be appreciated!

for the MEng program, received an email to complete a pre-recorded interview within 7 days.

When are the MEng. results for Cornell Ithaca going to be out ? This suspense is killing me.

Received a generic rejection mail for M.Eng Computer Science.

Applied by priority deadline round 1. Had interview in Jan first week. Received 15k merit scholarship.

Average GPA with lackluster grades in some courses. Decent GRE. LORs from Dean of Engineering, a research professor, and a MIT alumni. Co-authored 1 publication. Internship in startup and investment bank. Thank God.
