Received welcome email from Department Chair (have not received official letter of acceptance/notification of funding yet). Non-CS UG, took 7 CS classes at local state school (4.0 GPA in CS classes). Research experience in Network Systems and Algorithmic Game Theory. Strong SOP and strong/decent LOR (guessing). No publications. Still waiting on Columbia and Brown. Good luck to everyone!

Not surprised. Still don't know what to do.

did undergrad in a completely different field, but went to CC to study CS. CC GPA was 3.5

Undergrad in Industrial Engineering outside of the US, no publication, but strong undergraduate capstone projects and other projects. Interested in ML field. GPA 3.85/4.0 TOEFL 97 GRE V 153 Q 165 W 3.0. Met all the prerequisite courses

multiple research experiences and papers. CS Undergrad.

Received an email at ~10pm CT to check the applicant portal for a decision. Submitted application on 1/15/21. No GRE. Stats for those who are interested: undergrad cumulative GPA was 3.814 with majors in astrophysics, physics and math (didn't major in CS, so I'm surprised I got accepted); 3 years of research experience at an R1 state university with 1 first-author publication underway; a research fellowship and a number of projects and awards. The essays were some of my best work, but probably weren't *excellent*. LoRs were strong I think. Best of luck to everyone else :)

Ttpb same. I mailed them about my application status too. No reply yet. Applied around the end of November
