No financial aid offered, on wait list for merit scholarships, and no more spaces for Yellow Ribbon Program (Student is a Veteran). Barring miracle funding, enrollment unlikely.

Financial award, if any, due at or before April 1st. Can only hope!

E-mailed that decision was available on website.

Waiting to hear about the funding opportunities. Anyhow, one of my favourite options, so I guess it is THE option. Looking forward to be part of the electronic track of the program.

To the person below, thanks for the response. I'm not an int'l student and I tried to contact them via e-mail but they weren't very helpful, lol. Maybe I will get more info if I try calling them. Thanks again!

To the poster below, i havent got a word back from NYU since i submitted my application for magazine journalism. Repeated calls to the dept only mention that they will get back this month. I keep checking my smts and online application regularly, what's your status.

Anybody else hasn't hear back from NYU?

Hey, I ran into the same question last week, and I emailed the admission office. Are you international student? If yes, You need to submit your financial states and copy of passport to get your final decision. You should contact them.

For those accepted to USC, can you please tell me how long it took for them to notify you? I know theirs is a rolling admission process so I'm unclear when I will be notified and would like to finalize my decision soon.

same as the poster below. offered no funding whatsoever. probably not going to accept.

I am thrilled to be accepted, but they are offering no funding. Are they serious? Almost $89,000 for an education in NYC and they expect someone to drown in debt for it? I'm not sure if I'll accept, although I am elated that I was even admitted.

Accepted with a full scholarship!

Accepted with a fellowship! Hooray!

Received an email from financial aid first. Over the moon!

OMG:(...

This was a huge surprise (been accepted to USC, NYU, CUNY and Columbia). Strange .. this was my safe bet, in case I didn't get in elsewhere.

I was expecting this, it's a specialized program for experienced journalists and a small class size (10 - 15), with probably only 1 or 2 international students. Not sure why I applied in the first place.
