Not totally unexpected as offers went out a few weeks ago. Emailed to check status on portal. 2a/2r/2p so far this cycle. Rejection letter: Thank you very much for applying for admission to graduate study at the University of Pennsylvania. Your application, together with its supporting documents, was reviewed by members of the admissions committee in the Sociology, PhD program. The number of applications to the University of Pennsylvania is very large every year, and unfortunately, your application was not among those we were able to accept for admission. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you continued success in your studies.
