LORs were very strong. Negative aspects: 3rd World Country, non-CS Bachelors, low GPA. Wondering if they’ve even opened my application.

Generic rejection, no specific comments at all. Received on Feb 5 Switzerland time but I can't go beyond Feb 4. My application is fairly competitive but EPFL was definitely a reach, so it's not surprising. No GRE.

I got accepted. But they just received 1 of my 3 recommendation letters. I have to make up the rest of 2.

I was scrolling the admission results here, it turned out they are hiring 85-90% American students now. If this was the case, why did not they specifically mentioned it in the graduate application programs that they are not interested in International applications. Fraud America.

America is a fraud country, making money out of admission fees only. I highly doubt whether they read any application document.

All US universities are fraud, they are using luring students with a hope of providing education, actually underneath they are using underprivileged people for making money out of a hefty amount of Admission Fee. They will use so welcoming phrases like they provide a holistic review, in reality I doubt if they actually read any of the documents. They are more inclining to accept American students now. Don't Apply in US universities anymore if you don't want to waste money.
