Rejected for the in person MSCS degree. They encourage me to apply for the MSCSo(online) degree. Disappointed because UTAustin was one of my in-reach schools. I dont think I am getting in to any of my schools this year. To the job industry I go.

Received an email to check status. And voila, rejection!

Rejected for on-campus MS-CS. Email also mentions I have been extended an invitation to apply for Master of Science in Computer Science online degree program (MCSo). Application fee waived

TTPB: Totally agree, Not only is it frustrating, some people get jammed in the last two weeks waiting to accept other offers while hoping to receive an offer from UMich. This is not a nice way to deal with students. More respect if rejection is sent out in timely manner, at least to not make the experience of the student hard. it is hard enough already, this season is literally crazzzzy!!!

MCS. Received an email saying that I'm recommended for admission.

Did anyone receive any response for bioinformatics specialization

Tier 2 uni in India, published 1 research paper with a researcher from Stanford University, won 2 international hackathons, and top 7% on Stackoverflow

When should we expect to hear back? I'm literally dying waiting for them to get back to me. Has anyone reached out to them to ask about when we should hear back by?

general rejection. they said less than 5% of applicants can be accepted.

Did my undergrad here, and am still waiting for other schools. This is among my top choices.

Generic Rejection saying less than 5% applicants are admitted this year.

1 year full-time research experience. 2 AAAI, 1 ICLR and 1 Springer Nature papers. 1 in review at TPAMI and 1 in review at ICCV. Strong LoRs from Google Brain and Institute Chair Prof at IIT-Bombay. 1 AI startup internship, 2 research internships at top-tier labs, 2xGSoC in AI/ML. Strong research fit with profs and several National Awards. Well, it counted for nought. Congratulations to those who made it!

Ignore Waitlist. So looking at the results of GTech below, I guess the acceptances are out now. Another day, another bad news. Expecting a rejection tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
