For people who are accepted to the MEng program below, could you please share what you studied for your undergrad program, thanks!! I am a domestic student and submitted my application early Jan, still waiting for a decision.

Just got my email offer of admission this morning! I am an International student and have completed my bachelors at a Canadian university. my CGPA is 3.2 and my final year GPA is 3.78.

Any PhD applicants got invited to Graduate Visit Day? Few of my friends were accepted to MS instead and they have visit day tomorrow.

Just got the acceptance letter for MEng Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. International student from Pakistan. CGPA 3.62 and Final Year GPA 3.8. Applied in early January. Hope this helps.

TTPB: What were the specializations of those people interviewed? Do you know that?

I heard that some people got an unofficial acceptance from U of M. Should I assume that all interviews are almost over?

Informal acceptance from department earlier this week and just received official school letter!

Received the acceptance email for the MEng program this afternoon, international applicant with a UofT BSc degree. last year GPA 3.7, cGPA 3.3. I didn't get the request to send in the transcript before the offer though. Maybe the grad school unit can directly request the transcript from undergrad, since when I checked my ACORN I was already invited to the program.

Ignore waitlist. TTPB (who is waitlisted): Were you the person who contacted the admin office and received a reply saying results will come out today? Still waiting for an update for my application, currently 'Under Review'. bad feeling

TTPB: Congratulations! Have you got acceptance for research based masters or MEng?

Just got in, finally! TPPB: submitted in early January, and became "under review" two weeks later. Got asked for the official transcript in late February. "Decision made" today afternoon. Finished undergraduate in UofT with an unrelated program, international student, no research experience, with 3.8 cGPA. Hope this helps.

ttpb: UMich expects Masters admits to figure out funding themselves.

Undergrad from a top-tier Indian University with more than three years of relevant experience. GPA - 3.98, GRE was not required for this cycle, hence unuseful. No word on funding yet.
