Applied for direct doctorate -- got rejected. But admitted for MS.

Email to check portal. Admitted to MSc. No interview

Same as the other's below, just a "pending" status when I check. I hope we all get in!!

First Class grade from Imperial College, 1-year placement at ETH, 1 upcoming pub, Great GREs, Strong LORs - 1 from ETH prof

A student from a country within EU, one traineeship and one research - both at private companies. Didn`t see LORs, presume they`re good. IELTS 7.5. GPA 4.92/5

Top2 university in China, average GPA, 3 years research experience but no publication. I thought there's still chance due to the competence of my university and the matched major, but there may be someone better and more suitable to this program...Well, good luck!

TTPB: did interviews happen this year for direct doctorate, or people got accepted without interviews? (Due to covid)

Swiss BA. High GPA. 1.5 year RA experience.

TTPB for ETH: Please put the initials of your name. This would be helpful since last year ETH sent out admits in a rolling fashion approximately in the alphabetical order of names.

did anyones withdraw button dissapear? what does that mean, if it dissapears?

Rejected by Direct Phd, and accepted by Computer Science MSc.

3.78 GPA, Average GRE, Strong SOP and LORs. I was really hoping for this one. Ah well...

Rejected from Direct Doctorate, accepted to Master via mail saying to check website. Top 10% from EPFL, good SoP, average LoR, poor research experience.
