I am still on the waitlist. If you got the offer from GMU but you do not have a plan to enroll in the program, would you please turn down the offer as soon as possible? Or if you were informed that you are on the waitlist but you've already decided to enroll in another program, would you please email GMU that you don't want to stay on the waitlist anymore asap? To the posters below: Did you go to the first or second interview weekend? I was contacted by a professor over the phone back in mid-February with an informal acceptance. I never received the formal acceptance offer from the Director I was told I would get. I declined my offer anyway, but figured this information may be helpful to you.

Also still waiting to hear from U of H - no email, no update on applyweb, no returned calls. I'm assuming that this constitutes a rejection, but it's inconvenient that there's no response at all.

Is anyone still waiting to hear from UH? I have called and emailed and have gotten nothing. Nothing on applyweb either. At this point i'm wondering if I am even being considered. Apps were due back in January...

Had to reach out to the department chair to find out status of my application.
