Generic email. 3rd reject and from the looks of it, I might not see a admit this season. Probably overreached.

Received an email titled "PhD-to-MS process" stating that "your application has been recommended to be considered for the MS program instead." No outright acceptance or rejection. Anyone else get one of these?

I had an interview that went well, but I'm not surprised I got turned down. No pubs.
