Received an email to check the portal, and got rejection letter there. My profile- undergrad cgpa-3.18, MS cgpa-3.80, one publication in the Journal of Materials Chemistry C (RSC), another one currently in review in a Q1 journal. This is the same day I got my acceptance letter from Binghamton with funding support, so I am happy.
