Ignore status. Has NYU Sociology notified anyone about being waitlisted?

Ignore the status.Has there been no change in the status on the portal for anyone? I haven’t received any updates since my interview.

rejection. Kind rejection email from the director though.

I did not receive any notification about status or to check my portal, just was doing my daily round of checking, so that is pretty frustrating that an email could not have been sent out. I am not from New York but am also getting my MPA right now. No publications but multiple conferences and had a government research assistantship. 2 rejections so far, waiting to hear back from 7 other schools.

GPA is from my MA program. I was informed through a really sweet message from the director. This was my favorite of my apps because I desperately wanted to work with their Cannabis Policy Institute researching aspects of "California Sober."

McNair Scholar, checked portal.

Why the hell did I wait two weeks extra than other folks just to get the rejection letter lol
