Acceptance email to set up a call to talk more. I love this method because I can organize the questions and not miss the call. Super excited about the program!!

For Michener Center for Writers. No email, just checked portal and status said denied. No other info available about number of applicants/acceptance rate.

I received the email about a quarter to five Friday evening. They said they'll let me know of any further developments in the coming weeks. Fingers crossed!

Email saying that portal has been updated. Form rejection with no additional stats about number of applicants, spots, etc.

Pleasant surprise! thought for sure since I didn't hear anything that I'd been rejected

I received an email notification of my acceptance from a faculty in the program, with a fellowship award totalling 8,000 dollars. A follow-up email as well as an official offer letter from the University are to be expected soon. Application fee was waived, no interview, powerful Writing Sample, SOP and strong LOR. No GRE. No TOEFL.

Very kind and informative email from the program director. They mentioned there is often movement off the waitlist. This was one of my top choices, so fingers crossed!

News so nice they told me twice

Interviewed on Valentine's Day. Waitlisted today.

This comes after interview in mid-feb. so sad about this one :( this is one of my first choices in programs so if you're accepted/waitlisted and sure you're not attending, please do notify them!! I'd love to move off the waitlist

I've been waitlisted!! Keen to hear whether any spots will free up by April 15th
