Got emailed by the graduate director a day before the official email came through. Also got a teaching assistantship with tuition remission and stipend. I couldn't be more excited!!

Accepted without stipend...

Had an interview in February. Then had to wait 2 months after knowing that I was recommended for admission.

9.86/10 University of Bucharest BSc. in Computer Science (3 out of 268 students), no research experience, one industry internship, decent LOR's (I don't know how to evaluate them)

GPA not good enough I guess, despite 1 internship at European Space Agency 1 research internship at GeorgiaTech Aerospace ; + technote submitted for publication 1 International Hackathon won at TAMU President of Student Aerospace Club

I unfortunately had to turn down the admittance since they only offered 3 years of funding. Thankfully, I have other offers to consider as well.

Received a research-based BA and MA before applying, and also had several months of experience in libraries and archives.

I haven't received any messages from the graduate school or the portal, but I did receive a message from the applicant advisor. He said he didn't send me an offer and suggested that I contact other professors.

EPSRC fully-funded CDT Sustainable Chemical Technologies program with UKRI standard PhD stipend. Invitation for interview at Jan 30. Interview at Feb 11, including a 5 minute research presentation.

Interests in CMT and Quantum information. Research experience in materials physics. One abstract publication with conference presentation, 2 papers in progress. PGRE 850 (70th percentile). No email, checked portal.

Emailed and they let me know I was waitlisted. Congratulations to everyone who got in!
