"We've sent out our first round of offers. This year was highly constrained, and we were able to make fewer offers than in the past. At this point, your application is not among those we’re actively planning to move forward with, and we do not have your name on the waitlist. I would strongly recommend that you accept any offer you currently have, so that you do not risk losing the opportunity."
