Don't listen below comment if you believe you're looking for PhD. MS in Stanford is termination program. It's really really hard to transfer to PhD program so most of people leave to somewhere for PhD. | ||||

A kind suggestion to next year's applicants. If you do not consider yourself a competitive applicant for CS Ph.D. program, apply for MS directly. As far as I know, only those borderline Ph.D. applicants will be transferred to MS pool. | ||||
