So excited! I am a very unconventional applicant, so I was a bit surprised, but the interviews did go pretty well. Scores weren't that great, but highly motivated and lots of different kinds of work experience.

Saucy rejection, quite odd, as was accepted by other engineering departments on the UW campus, so who knows.

Rejected after Zoom interview. Bummed because I really thought the interviews went well and that I was a good fit for program. Ah well, I am fortunate to have other options.

Rejected after the interview as well. 3.9+ GPA and great CV if you're interested. I agree with some of the previous posts about the waste of time/energy; a program with rotations should be fairly positive they are going to admit you if you get called for an interview. There were four separate 20 minute interviews for which I allocated 1-2 hours of preparation, not to mention organizing a quiet/private time and place for each interview, which all occurred during the middle of the day. I would have preferred an outright rejection so I could have spent my time/energy on schools that actually want me.

TTPB: Maybe if you didn't plagiarize jokes you would have gotten into Stanford :) copying isn't funky or fresh :) :) :)

Rejected after interview. Only thing I am mad about is that they wasted 3 days of my life with interviews. I could have been binge watching the Office instead. I already got into a better ranked program...who wants to go to a shitty #5 ranked program anyways.
