To poster below who rejected from UCSD , you are true. i am sorry to see that most of universities in USA and even worse in Canada just consider GPA . I am graduated from best university with high rank with very good research and ISI paper but my GPA is not as high as a student in a usual university but they got accepted because of having higher GPA than me and as a gifted student I am rejected, so sad | ||||
