Got admitted to Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering for PhD in Transportation Engineering

TTPB:do you have interview with the professor ? if yes, when is it? And if the offer conclude the information of funding?

To the poster below: I did not ask about my status, I received a rejection email from the university.

Surprised rejection as I had a great interview with a faculty of interest who had good funding and no other interest in the project. I've heard from a current Duke grad student that they are aren't admitting many new grad students due to the pandemic affecting the budget. So to all you other rejects - don't take it personally.

Your application has been carefully reviewed by the admissions committee. Unfortunately, I must notify you that the committee has decided to deny your application to the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department's graduate program because your application is not sufficiently competitive for admission. The number and quality of graduate applicants are extraordinary and these difficult decisions are reached through careful consideration of all applicants. While I know that it is disappointing to receive this notification, I encourage you to continue to pursue a graduate education, at the UW or another world class university.

TTPB, did you apply for structural? Also, did they email you or did you check? They're annoying me by being so late lol...
