Literally in shock. Offered admission with a 75% scholarship for the first year. No mention of the specialty track I applied for.

Does anyone know when Vanderbilt is planning to release decisions this year? I know in the past it has always been the first Friday in March so I was expecting them to release on the 6th!

Wait listed. Pretty disappointed, I guess I didn’t realize how much I wanted to go here until I got word. Hopefully I am high on the list because I would still LOVE to go!

Not at all surprised. It was definitely a reach school. But with their main voice researcher having moved to U of Pittsburgh, they're getting rid of their famous voice track and all voice research. So I had kind of lost interest over the application process.

Knew this would be the hardest to get into of all the schools I applied to, so I'm not too let down. Will most likely attend MGH! 6a/1r/0w

Out-of-field applicant (Biology major) with 5 years of work experience (healthcare + education). Kind of bummed but I knew it was an uphill battle. Congrats to those accepted!

Not surprised. Was a pipe-dream reach school, hoping others with similar stats didn't apply and I'd somehow sneak in.

Received an email telling me that an update had been posted to my application, so I logged into the application portal and my acceptance was there. Shocked and thrilled beyond belief. 3 years experience in Special Ed, 1 year teaching English abroad, currently a postbac student.
