I'm actually relieved to be put on the waitlist! This was absolutely my reach school and I anticipated an outright rejection. Fingers crossed I make it off! (P.S. I had to email the graduate program coordinator for an update. She mentioned that all updates should've been sent last week and apologized that I didn't receive my update. If you haven't heard from them yet, I'd send her an email!)

Just got an email (ended in my spam folder) notifying me of waitlisted status. It says that the department has "completed the review of applicants for our Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology Program (MSSLHS) for Fall 2021. At this time, you have been placed on a WAITING LIST for admission." MyStatus still says "in review" for me - they say it will be updated when waitlist status clears.
