Do not take them at their word that it is a professional programme. 8 years industry experience, denied entry even though had taken 2x courses before applying (as they say you can do) with 70% (Distinction) average. Appears as though emphasis is placed on your undergraduate degree GPA rather than your professional experience or references.

I submitted my application in Jan and also sent my official IELTS test scores through the post. But portal shows incomplete and no response for mails as well. very bad graduate team in CMU especially ECE any else facing the same issue?

Didn't take the GREs. Also have no software engineering research experience.
