Not too surprising, but still a little bummed at the news. Likely because I have no pubs or very strong background in statistics.

Contacted them if they'd sent out the interview requests. Got an email from the program director notifying I'd not been selected for the interview stage. Good Luck to all!

I received an email from a PI I've been in contact with saying that I was admitted to the program, and will be receiving a formal letter soon. Haven't done a formal interview, but I did have a Skype conversation with the PI before applications were due that may have served as an interview.

I got into a fantastic school and I'm very happy to be going there, but I want to say this to any future applicants to this program. They never got back to me. Not even a rejection. After paying all my fees and investing all that time and effort into applying I believe that is the least a program can do. 10/10 would not reapply to a program this disorganized and disrespectful.

Got a text from a POI saying that I got in. It turned out that they were sending out a second round of acceptances after they realized that they had had fewer acceptances than they were allotted. I declined the offer because I have accepted TAMU's.

Official letter came in early March. Very happy with this acceptance!
