Extremely baller application: on par with Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, etc in terms of skill... Must have had a lot of ballers apply to Toronto this year. I included $2000 monopoly dollars in my application to "sweeten the deal" but they didn't even mention it? Just took the money and ran... Typical CANADIANS. Anyways good luck to anyone who goes, clearly University of Toronto is completely morally bankrupt and can't spot a REAL baller to save their lives.

Generic rejection email for MSc - CS program.

Domestic Student I had no published papers but did a summer research in my undergrad. I got one interview with my top choice professor but I guess it didn't go so well...

Canadian applicant with BSc in Computer Science. Overall GPA around 3.6, last two years' GPA 3.8. Four years' work experience as a software dev, did a couple of research projects as an undergrad, no publications.

For masters in computer science thesis. Canadian applicant 9.8/10.0 GPA, 2 Silicon Valley internships in SWE, 2 research projects no pubs. Expected it but lol not even an interview.

Generic rejection update in the portal. Got rejected everywhere. Time to move on.

Accepted to the UofT MScAC program for fall 2022. Interviewed on February 16th. Accepted on February 22.

Admitted to the Theory Group. No interview. Graduated from UBC (Canada) a couple years ago. GPA is like 90+/100. No publications. Will accept the offer as I only applied to UofT and UWaterloo. Like Toronto (the city) better.
