Just checked the portal and saw the update!

*TO THE POSTER BELOW* I received an automated email to check my portal. When I logged in there was a yellow banner that said I had an update available. When I clicked it, my acceptance was there. Good luck!!

NOT INTERVIEW-question for person who said they checked portal and saw decision. My portal has not changed at all. Assuming that must be bad news, but I was just wondering where on the portal was your decision located?

NOT AN INTERVIEW! I saw a few people got phone calls last night, has anyone else heard anything? Kinda freaking out rn lol.

Anyone hear back from them? I emailed the director to ask about the decision timeline, but no response.

Received a call from the department chair informing me of admittance!! This is my top choice! I am so grateful and excited for this opportunity! Funding offers to be sent soon! Average GRE, strong LOR, lots of research experience!!

Not actually waitlisted just wanted to see if anyone else heard from Vanderbilt today. I did not get a call and I thought they rolled admission results via email?

TTPB: I had the interview on Tuesday and the email came the following Monday

I received a call around 4pm CST from the program chair notifying me of my acceptance. I am so excited and grateful to have been accepted! We should get a letter in the mail soon and funding decisions within 2 weeks. I will be waiting on funding to make my decision. I am still in shock but so happy!!!!!

TTPB: Congrats! How long did it take you to get your official offer after you had the interview with the professor?
