Was waitlisted (via post) and then accepted via email. I emailed them an updated CV and continuing letter of interest in April. I received an email back, saying they didn't know if they would need the waitlist this semester, due to an abundance of highly qualified applicants. No RA, TA, or GA's left this semester. Whatever! I'M GOING TO GRAD SCHOOL!

Can the other accepted candidates for the clinical psychology program please post the initials of their POI?

To the UF Clinical Health Psychology waitlisters. Even my current employers who are some of the best in the world at academic research are annoyed with UF waitlist procedures. If a specific spot has been filled, there is no need to wait potentially weeks, to tell each student. They wait until ALL spots are filled so they can put us on an email list and informally notify waitlisters of rejection when all the spots have been filled. April 15th is the APA deadline and we will likely hear before then. Small chance until then, but good luck to all.

To UF waitlister who was told of their status: I'm sorry about the rejection! Would you feel comfortable sharing you POI's initials? I'm also in limbo/waitlist status. Thanks!

Emailed POI to let him know I had not accepted another offer yet. Was an alternate for this program, but he responded letting me know his first choice accepted. Looks like I won't be attending a program in the Fall. Super bummed D: and a little annoyed I wasn't updated on this development sooner from the program coordinator. Guess they're waiting to reject the wait listers all together?

I will be declining. For anyone considering this program's offer (or the waitlist): I've heard negative things about this program's atmosphere/faculty tensions from various sources (including graduate students in actual program and from other focuses). Personally, I did not like my interview interaction or the organization/direction projects in the trauma/clinical program (or vibe from the director overall), so remember to take into consideration the pros/cons of your decision before moving forward with an offer. Got accepted to my #1 choice so I am excited either way. Best of luck to all of you!!
