But no publications. Also some independent research experience for a few months. Couple of relevant projects. I would rate my SOP as strong. But this reject makes me question that. I presume my LORs were strong as well because both the academic LORs came from Professors who supervised me directly. My 3rd LOR was an industry one which was also strong because of my performance at my company. Applied for a concentration in Systems.

Ignore Waiting list. Has anyone heard from UT Austin CS for a PhD? They have their Grad Fest from 24th Feb but I have not received any decision? Does the absence of a mail mean rejection?
