Generic Rejection. 700 applicants and they only accepted 8%. Congrats to those who were accepted!

Expected the rejection since they sent out invitations for a campus visit for successful applicants last week. E-mail said that the acceptance rate was 8%. Congrats to all those who were admitted!

Not surprised, but still disappointed.

Just finished my Skype interview, which involved a paper critique and behavioral questions. Apparently, they will finish interviewing all shortlisted candidates this week and send out decisions/next steps early next week.

I received an interview and did ok but ultimately got rejected. I'm looking forward to the feedback session.

I got an email from Berkeley a couple of days back telling me I was rejected. Got another one telling me I was one of 19 people whose decision was likely to be converted into a admission offer by Monday. Is this possible?

Is there anybody waiting for a result from UCB ME MS/PhD program? The last posting was someone got accepted around April 15th.

I'm the guy who said two below (for UT-Austin) that I'm really hoping my one waitlisting works out. It didn't––rejected off the waitlist. Sucks, but what can you do

Has anyone received acceptance after being waitlisted? When do they usually send out the results?
