To the person who got rejected on the 27th of March 2018 for MSc Economics.. What is your GRE Score? And your second option? Also when did you receive your LSE ID?

No surprise to me, low GRE and nothing incredible to make up for it. Waiting for the second choice but really not hopeful. Got some other good choices anyway. Congratulations to everybody who gets in!

Has anyone ever been accepted into the MSc Economics program with a low GRE Score (below 163 in Quant)?

Does anyone have a rough idea on the ratio of winning a scholarship based on department nomination? I'm just wondering if still not hear back implies unsuccessful...

To the respondent to my earlier query :- and just like that I received an official studentship offer!

My LSE PhD Studentship was confirmed last week (but I was told early). Official notifications are supposed to go out this week.

Only seen one person here saying they have received a studentship - is this confirmation that these offers have been sent out. I was told by my department that they would know whether funding for my PhD had been secured by 22nd March, but no word yet.

To the poster who received their offer for IR after applying on 26 Jan - that freaks me out!!! That was the exact date I received my LSE for You ID and I am still under consideration! I really do not understand their process anymore.

I am the poster bellow! To the person asking for more information: I emailed them about my offers, and after one day, I received an interview. Finance at LSE was my second choice program, my first was Econ.

To the one below: I was directly accepted without waiting list and without interview. But waitlisted for funding and still waiting. Does someone know when the next funding will be allocated?

To the LSE poster below: have you interviewed before this time? Were you in the waiting list before? Could you share more info please?
