How many who were interviewed for Ph.D., received "Transfer-to-MS"? Stanford EE on their FAQ lists stopped transferring Ph.D. candidates to MS somewhere in 2018. | ||||

According to a post last year, only those borderline Ph.D. applicants will be transferred to MS pool. So I guess not all rejected Ph.D applicants received the tranfer-to-master-process email. | ||||

Yeah I have sent several as well, and none got replied either. I actually tried to call several times as well, and it was automatically transferred to automated service or whatever. Welp, screw them for giving us false hope :( | ||||

I chose that option too, and I emailed the committee regarding this, but they didn’t give me a reply. So I guess that option was just a dummy. | ||||
