Received offer from Columbia earlier today.

To the poster with To Dept for Review status. This is the exact text in the mail: **Please note, decisions are not yet available for all Fall 2017 applicants. If you know others who have applied, their decision will be applied as soon as it is available.** So I guess its just rolling decisions. Dont think its necessarily reject or admit for all who received email. Could just be varied results for all.
