waitlisted today. anyone don't want to attend to NYU please let them know

Pretty bummed, since this was my safety school AND I went there for undergrad. Nice email though.

Emailed to ask and said they were unable to offer me a spot

I just received an email from my POI that I was accepted! Official letters will come out within the next two weeks. This was one of my top choices and am very excited! Good luck to those still waiting for a response.

Excited to attend here in the fall! Still awaiting news for assistantship

Has anyone heard any admission status from music yet? I know most acceptances generally happen around January-February, but haven't gotten anything yet. Emailed admissions and no response. Thanks!

No interview. Email to check the website at 1 am this morning. Good luck and congrats to those who did make it in! =)

Email to check website. Never called for an interview so I knew, I don't know why it took them so long to post the letter.

Half scholarship offer, was hoping for a teaching assistantship

Not surprised, but disappointed.

DMA. They updated the rejection on the website in the morning but didn't reach out to me in any way until the early evening. Email was cold and said not to contact them. Given that I was among a small number of interviewees that seemed unnecessary. If I end up not getting in anywhere and reapplying I probably won't apply here again.

Form email, but friendly and encouraged reaching out with questions. I had visited and met with a teacher but not had a formal interview or phone screen.
