Really nice email from Catherine Bush informing acceptance - 21k scholarship - excited :) 1a/5r/3p - don't give up (I had and look at me now!!)

Form letter from the graduate school. Would have like to work with CBD. My only consolation being I got into two other programs offering more money than UH could and of higher rep. But still, kinda dissapointed.

Email to check the portal for admissions decision. Nice enough form notice, nothing personal. I got this email literally about fifteen minutes after learning that I do NOT have bone cancer after a very bad health scare, so I couldn't give less of a heck lol. It's all about perspective, lads! Good luck.

YAY!

First I received an email letting me know my admission decision was available, and then logging in through the portal it linked me to a letter pdf that told me I was rejected.

if you know you're not going to go, pls pls pls let them know. i want to go here so badly.

Hits like an uppercut to the soul. Legendary genteel rejection letter.

sad!

Super nice email letting me know early on that I had been rejected. Was just happy they let me know instead of playing the waiting game. Knew it was a slim chance, but believe the program I have been accepted into is a better fit for me. 1a/2r/2p.

No notification, just saw the updated status when I logged into the website. Really bummed about it, but maybe they'll at least send me an official rejection later. :(

One of my top choices, so this is too bad. 1a/0w/4r/6p

A very, very kind email.
