Received the offer of admissions from my department. Received the official green light through Grad Division on 2/26

Going crazy seeing people get accepted and rejected while I have heard nothing (no interview). Help

That was my first choice. It's really hard. I got a personal email from my POI telling me that the application pool was unusually strong and that they prioritized comp. stuff this year. I was encouraged to apply next year. I had an interview in early January, but was not invited to the open house.

Official offer from the Dean of GS on 2/27 (a little after midnight), but the informal offer from the Visual Arts Dept grad directors came Feb. 8.

3th time that this program reject me lol

Thank god! Did not want to go to my safety. :)

TTPB(BMS): When did you interview? Thanks.

called by faculty february 25

I was invited, but I couldn't attend the open house and my status is still "submitted" on the portal.

:)

Nice email from Matthew Fulkerson notifying me I am on an unranked waitlist. I will likely decline this spot soon. 6a/1r/1w // 2p.

MS in Bioinformatics; 2 research projects (one in progress); no publications (one in progress).

Well, one more rejection.

High GPA at a decent undergrad, low GRE, multiple pubs in top tier and low tier conferences, 1 first author, no industry experience, strong LORs and SOP, a little contact with prof prior to offer. Good luck out there :)

TTPB: got an admit on 21st , but haven't received any info on scholarship. Did you?

Anyone receive any message about scholarships?
