For the people who got MS admits today, congrats! I just wanted to ask whether you guys applied for MS CS, or whether you applied for a PhD and you were shifted to the MS program instead? These decisions are pretty early by UTA standards so I thought I'd check.

Congrats to the accepted people at UT Austin Masters in CS. I wanted to know how many students they take in Masters in CS program? I also applied but haven't received any rejection yet.. until when they sort out the letters based on previous years? Looks like I am getting rejected left and right and center... and many other places as well. Any tips on SOP? I think I have good grades..etc, but probably my recommenders rote shit about me.

New IIT, high scores and multiple research experiences. Focus is ML

Was not expecting it. Will prefer a PhD admit elsewhere
