To the Stanford poster below who reported an interview on January 31, when did you get the email invitation for the interview? And also, what area did you apply for? Thanks very much!

Does Stanford admit students in the PhD program without interview? I have emailed professors but there is no response from them. The Stanfords generic emails sends out generic responses to any questions. I dont think that email even gets monitored actively.

To the Stanford poster below, I know that the interviews will be conducted till at least Feb 4 (I had mine this week), so we expect the results no sooner than that date.

To answer the question posted below: Interview call from a new AP starting fall 2020 (Tatsunori Hashimoto). Even though I didn't mention him in my application, I find that there is a great overlap between his recent research interests and mine. I'm not sure whether it's by coincidence or he's actually interested in me.
