I wanted to let you know that the committee has recommended you for admission, however, the process of your application fee waiver might take a while. In the meantime, I wanted to ask if you have already accepted any other offers and whether you are still interested in joining UIC. Looking forward to hearing back from you," I think this should count as "Acceptance". Having received multiple other offers, I immediately declined the offer so that the one who is eagerly waiting for his/her first offer could get the admission. | ||||
