Received an email on the 28th of February saying I had been recommended for admission

No research papers. 4 internships. Undergrad from deemed University in Computer Engineering.

No notice until March 28th accepted. Decision due 15th April

Ignore status. Has anyone heard back from Ecology PhD program for Fall 23?

Ignore waitlist. Anyone got decision (Interview/Accept/Reject) from Penn State PhD in MSE program? In the beginning of March Grad Co ordinator told that the faculty is making decisions but haven't heard back then.

Finally...as expected. Just waiting on one now that is most likely a rejection too! (1i/6r)

Finally a response... it's insane that schools are taking this long to send a simple rejection. Still waiting on two more, had no idea the process would take this long! (2a/2w/7r/2p)

Mean email. I regret that I even applied. They were not responsive at all when I emailed them about status update. The professors were haughty and unapproachable.

Thank you again for your interest in the Ph.D. program in Physics at Penn State. We regret to inform you we are unable to offer you admission to our program. As you know, the admissions process was very competitive this year with over 500 applicants. As a result, many applicants who would do well in our program could not be admitted.

Ignore waitlist…is anyone still waiting to hear from this program or should we just accept a rejection?

Ignore status. Physics results all out or not? I have not heard anything yet.
