Ignore accepted--- I haven't heard back yet. My application still says "in review," Has anybody gotten a response?

got email to check portal and rejection letter was there

Canadian applicant to Canadian university. Roughly 1 year of research experience (senior thesis and summer research). Contacted supervisor beforehand.

Domestic student rejected with no reasoning. Already accepted an offer with funding from a competitive Canadian school.

I am curious about the profiles of students who got accepted this year.

So no one got accepted to this program? Tough year I guess. I know I don't have the strongest profile but I am surprised at some of the rejections. Maybe they have limited spots this year?

Can't believe it. I have over 18 months of research experience and the highest GPA in my undergrad econ program. Completely crushed

I feel they did not make decisions based on academic achievements...I was the top student in a Canadian university... what I could have done more...

Was sent an email to check the website. Sucks

Received the decision notification email on the 31st and checked the application portal.

No email, just checked the portal. Rejection, no explanation why. I figured as much. My GPA wasn't particularly high and I had some inconsistent grades in some of my major classes (3.4 GPA in economics, 3.2 overall), and no advanced micro/macro classes. This was a reach for me.

1 yr research. Pain.

ignore interview, but... are McGill ok????? has ANYONE heard from them yet?

Did anyone get admitted to this program? A bit disappointed but I got into another higher-ranked program.

Non thesis project option.

TTPB. Don't worry, nobody have been notified as far as I know. probably later this week we will get some updates.
