Domestic student

Was notified of invitation for interview on 02/01/2025 via email. Interviewees could select from different timeslots between 02/06/2025 - 03/03/2025. I imagine we'll start to hear back about admission results after the first week of march.

I’m genuinely heartbroken. I thought the interview went well yet I got rejected. I feel so lost now

I received an email directing me to check the portal, where I found a letter notifying me of my rejection. I genuinely thought the interview had gone well, and this program was my top choice, so it's very disappointing not to have been accepted.

Didn't receive an email, but the acceptance was on the UOzone portal. Thesis stream (had confirmed supervision when applying)

I had an interview the 21st and got accepted the 24th. I don’t think I’ll accept because it felt like they were only choosing me versus me choosing them as well. They didn’t try to sell the program as much as I would have liked to hear more about it. My individual interview was only 15 to 20 minutes. I felt like my interviewers were bored until I brought up the fact that I I am connected to and want to work with a minority population, that caught their attention. They said they wanted us to feel welcomed and not nervous, but didn’t actually do anything to make me feel like that.

With 4 years of research experience, 2.5 years of clinical experience, 3 first-author papers, 4 other papers in preparation, and 8 poster presentations, I thought my qualifications would be more than sufficient. Apparently, that’s not the case.

*ignore status* Has anyone heard back since the interview day?
