2 publications, perfect GPA from a good university. Strong reference letters. Was supposed to be my safety school. LOL Luckily, I got into better places and wouldn't attend UCSB anyway. This makes me wonder how much of grad admissions process is a crapshoot... To future applicants: if you don't have any "special bonus points" consider saving your money and applying to places with merit-based admissions. | ||||
